Continuing the company's longstanding tradition of community service, the company also provides financial and administrative support for Disney VoluntEARS, our program for employee volunteerism. The aim of this program is to encourage Disney cast members to contribute their time, expertise and effort in making a positive impact on communities.

Through the company-wide 'EARS To You' recognition program, cast members who have contributed at least 10 VoluntEAR hours through activities with registered charities or NGOs organized by The Walt Disney Company offices in India, can convert these hours into cash donations of up to US$1,000 payable to their charities or NGOs of choice.
