JETIX ON TOON DISNEY BRINGS AARYAMAAN TO THE CITY

JETIX-the action-adventure programming block on Toon Disney announced the arrival of Aaryamaan, the Indian superhero from space in his popular show 'Aaryamaan- Brahmaand Ka Yoddha' this summer. Aryamaan, an Indian superhero saga takes action-adventure on kids' television to new heights with the storyline set in space. Aaryamaan , played by legendary actor Mukesh Khanna made a special appearance in Ahmedabad today for exclusive 'meet and greets' with young fans in the city along with Nachiket Pantvaidya, Director, Programming and Production, Walt Disney Television International- India.

Kids can tune-in to the show on Toon Disney and watch Aaryamaan's exciting story on weekdays at 5:30 p.m. with repeats at 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The show is a home grown science fiction set in space about the warrior prince Aaryamaan who is out to regain his lost kingdom- Thar Empire in Ariana Galaxy, millions of years away from planet Earth. To promote the show and to give kids in Ahmedabad a unique opportunity meet their favorite superhero and win exciting goodies, JETIX on Toon Disney has gone all out to create buzz and excitement with a touring interactive mobile van and on-ground activities at Westside malls. The activities will go on for 3 whole days, from April 21 st to 23 rd . While the colorful mobile van will move around the city entertaining kids with exciting games, show preview and exclusive JETIX and Aaryamaan prizes, a select Westside mall will also provide indoor entertainment for kids and their families.

L egendary actor Mukesh Khanna , who plays the protagonist Aaryamaan in the series said,

The Campaign will hit over 30 cities across Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Punjab, Hariyana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra, targeting over 2 lakh kids to generate high brand recall of the show and the block on Toon Disney. In Gujarat alone, the mobile van will tour Baroda, Ahmedabad and Surat promoting the new show.

About the Show: Aaryamaan- Brahmaand Ka Yoddha is a story about the warrior prince Aaryamaan who is out to regain his lost kingdom- Thar Empire in Ariana Galaxy, millions of years away from planet Earth. Aaryamaan fights his battles all over the universe in this endeavor including a confrontation with his stepmother queen, Nasa, Shukrant, Narak and others to win back the kingdom. Aaryamaan will supersede Mukesh Khanna's earlier endeavors in terms of backdrop, production values and special effects as well as story, script and dialogue. It is a serial that breaks away from the ordinary and will prove to be quality entertainment and of educational value to children. It promises to draw loyal fan following, especially from children. A multi-starrer with Kiran Kumar, Manjeet Kullar and Shanthi Priya in the cast, directed by Dinker Jani and the background score by Pyarelal of Lakshmikant-Pyarelal fame, Aaryamaan will set the screens alight this summer on JETIX- the action adventure block on Toon Disney.
